Bipon ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates an online multi-vendor marketplace that enables buyers and sellers in Bangladesh to connect and conduct transactions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

When you create a Bipon account, we collect your email address, phone number, full name, password, and profile picture. For seller accounts, we additionally collect business information including store name, business type, and tax identification details.
To process orders, we collect your shipping addresses (street address, city, postal code, phone number). This information is stored in our Supabase database and may be shared with shipping partners like Pathao to facilitate delivery.
We don't payment informations. We are currently functioning only Cash On Delivery service.
We automatically collect information about your interaction with the Platform including:
We collect messages sent through our seller messaging feature, support inquiries, and feedback you provide. These are used to improve our service and resolve disputes.
If you are a seller, we collect detailed product information including descriptions, prices, images, inventory levels, variants (color, size, etc.), and SKU codes.

We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with Pathao and other logistics providers to facilitate order delivery.
Sellers can view your name, phone number, and delivery address for orders placed on their products. We do not share your email address or payment method with sellers.
Stripe receives order totals and transaction status but does not receive your personal identification details beyond what is necessary for payment processing.
We use Google Gemini API to analyze your browsing history, purchase patterns, and product preferences to generate personalized recommendations. This data is anonymized and not stored by Google beyond the API request.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, property, or safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes outside the normal operation of the Platform.
Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in Bangladesh or the nearest region. Supabase provides encryption at rest and in transit.

Our Platform is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and associated data.
